Livanos Landscaping

As a licensed contractor since 1994, I started my own business because of a lifelong interest in landscaping. I have always enjoyed working outdoors and utilizing my creative and artistic ability. My mentors played a significant roll in helping me to develop my style and artistic side. Bill Jory, renowned California Nurseryman and Bay Area Landscape Contractor, encouraged me to start my own business, and guided me with the knowledge, confidence and inspiration to be successful.

Livanos Landscaping began in Castro Valley, CA and was a growing business when my wife and I decided to relocate to the Sierra Foothills. Our love of nature and simple living drew us out of the Bay Area and to our home in Angels Camp. We moved here in 2000, and since then, our business has flourished and become respected by many in the community. I believe this success has happened due to the overwhelming creativity I have had since moving to this area. Our hot summers and cold winters make landscaping a challenge, but the natural beauty of the area and the abundance of natural rock from local quarries make landscaping here rewarding and exciting.

I am very fortunate to have found the team I have working for me. The key personnel have been with me for four years, and enjoy creating beautiful landscapes as much as I do. My staff has a good balance and they come to work happy, which is a reflection of the spirit of our company.

Livanos Landscaping is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the California Landscape Contractors Association, Calaveras Chamber of Commerce, Angels Camp Business Association and the Murphys Business Association.
